    Hey guys I have a quick question, when I was young I was a chubby boy, I was born chubby and as I grew I consumed lots of junk food, like tons of it and of course became fat, not sumo fat but you know, fat.     On the treadmill and heard interval training in the morning before breakfast was the best so I did interval training for 10 to 15 minutes everyday before breakfast, then I bought some 2 , 5 , 10 and 25 pound weights and began to use them, I would workout once everyweek to give my muscles time to grow.     Nvm the one above me, as I was saying I wanted to put on some lean muscle mass but since I was fat before its easier for me to become fat again, the 500 extra calories barely turns into lean muscle mass and turns into fat! Im 6`1 and im 14 and weigh 123 pounds please tell me whether im the 3 morphs and what I can do to get lean muscle mass with a great physique and get rid of this stretchy skin.   5. Hey Raiyuden,

    You’re still growing so no reason to panic. What you need to focus on is eating properly and getting proper exercise.

    You are obviously underweight so your going to have in increase your food intake. Don’t worry so much about putting on lean muscle mass, just focus on getting to a healthy weight.

    Who does normally look older: a short but muscular mesomorph or a tall lanky ectomorph if they are both the same age (like 17)?

  8. There is no clear cut rule as to who usually looks older but ectomorphs tend to look a little on the young side. Mesomorphs look more mature and older at a younger age.

    That’s my experience too.

    Example: A friend of mine is only 5ft 6in or so, but most people think he is 21 or 22. Another friend is like 6ft 6in, but he is very lanky and he has quite a baby face, so most people think he is only 14 or 15. They are both 17 years old, but the shorter one is treated like an adult, the taller one like a little child.

    Can you believe that??

    I’m 16 years old, 99.4 lbs ish about 5ft 4, I am muscular because training but still skinnyish. I’ve still got a lot of growing to do but want to fill out more, what should I do to achieve this. Does that make me a ectomorph?
