I was having an interesting conversation with one of my classmates at school the other day. He’s finally come around and wants to get into better shape and is also looking to bulk up in the near future but he had a little bit of a dilemma. He didn’t know where to look in terms of finding a list of healthily muscle building foods. I tried to start him off but obviously giving him a list of 50 -100 different types of food via conversation would be a pointless effort. So I asked him to refer to this site.
I remember I had the same dilemma when I first started out. Actually when I think about it I still have this problem. I find that finding a variety of foods that you like but at the same time are beneficial to your dieting goals is one of the hardest things to do. I remember doing countless Google searches looking for meal plans and meal listing but I wasn’t able to find anything at all that was suitable for my needs. I just needed a plain and simple list of foods that I could pick from that had a little bit of nutritional information.
I’ve put together a list of the top 200 Muscle Building Foods. I’m going to break the list into 7 groups just to make it a little easier on the eyes plus giving you the option to look specifically at the food group you’re interested in. Over the next week or so I should have all 200 posted.
