I&#039;ve used the 5x5 protocol and LOVED the strength gains I received and the thickness it gave me.  

Additionally I&#039;ve used light loads with low repetitions and also experienced decent gains. 

But so far I&#039;ve made the most gains using around 75-80% of my 1 RM</description>
