Free Workout and Exercise Log
While surfing the net today I ran into a very interesting website called Answer Fitness. Although this is more of a fitness website and not so much of a website geared towards hardgainers I found some very interesting articles and tools that might be helpful for us.
Matt, the creator of Answer Fitness, put together a neat printable Workout and Exercise Log. It allows you to record all the quantifiable aspects of your workout such as the day of your workout, start and end times, your measurements, names of workout, body parts worked, type of exercise and Pre and Post workout nutrition (to name a few)
