  1. Sounds delicious! And easy to make. I like to make up a whole lot of shake and sip it throughout the day. Makes maintaining a positive nitrogen balance a piece of cake!

  2. Thanks for the great recipe :) I will definitely try that this week after one of my workouts. One of my current favorite shakes is probably one that you have already tried but I like to mix the following ingredients

    -soy milk
    -peanut butter
    -chocolate whey isolate protein
    -L-glutamine powder
    -L-Arginine powder
    -a tiny bit of sugar
    -2 bananas

    When you mix this all together with your desired amounts of each ingredient it tastes delicious!
